Coronavirus Infection and Control Policy.
updated January 2022
The Coronavirus pandemic is still very much present and restrictions and precautions are still in place across the UK at this time. In order to comply with current regulations please can I ask all clients visiting my studio to respect the following guidelines:
Prior to your arrival please kindly consider taking a lateral flow test. It is impossible to socially distance during the make over and while I will wear a mask, you will be unable to do so.
Please arrive make up free and with cleansed, moisturised skin. Also due to limited space I must ask you do not bring guests to the appointment unless this has been agreed in advance.
On the day of your appointment, should you arrive early, please wait in your car until the appointed time, or until I collect you. As you enter the property, please pop on a mask (can be removed for the make over) and be prepared to sanitise your hands.
During the appointment, I will carry out the service in a manner which adheres to the Government guidelines, while making you feel as comfortable and pampered as possible.
I will ensure prior to your arrival, a thorough cleaning schedule will have taken place and all products and equipment will have been sterilised. I will wear the correct PPE and have washed my hands in accordance with the NHS guidelines.
I carry out regular lateral flow tests and I am triple jabbed. Should I test positive, affected client appointments will be immediately cancelled and notification given to rearrange.
Location Services
For weddings, I will liaise in advance with the bride, and discuss at the trial how to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone present. I would respectfully ask that ALL members of the bridal party take a lateral flow test as per Government advice ahead of large gatherings.
On the day I will set up in suitable area or ideally in a separate room if there is one available. All my kit and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitised
Those having make up will be asked to come individually for their makeup at their scheduled time, which will be clearly advised. To maintain social distancing, observers or others present who are not having makeup on the day, will not be permitted within a 1 meter “zone” around my working area. This does not apply to photographers/videographers, but I do ask that they remain respectful of social distancing guidelines.
All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. I will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and make any further amendments as required.
If you have any questions regarding the above information or would like to view a copy of the studio risk assessment please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Please stay safe and lets enjoy being pampered!
Much Love
